The benefits of a holistic yoga practice including breathwork and meditation are well researched and documented. This is a chance to learn about and experience these benefits and develop tools to cope with the daily mounting pressures.
Atmarpit Shraddha, certified yogini will be visiting the UK to offer a host of tailor-made sessions for Aghan Women.
For the Young at Heart – Yoga for specific health issues (diabetes, healthy heart, arthritis).
For Youth members – Themed yoga sessions including dance yoga, yoga to build confidence and grounding, and yoga for mindful living.
